ECS is manufactured here is the USA. Built with a steel frame and fully welded construction ECS are available in many different colors. Custom colors available for a slight up-charge. ECS uses a 2 1/2" premium foam with a density of 80/20 for a comfortable seat. Compare that to most manufacturers that use a 1/2 foam that sits on plywood. ECS uses real rubber foot protectors for the bottom so they don't scratch floors. Lastly the stools can be bolted down if a permanent installation is desired.
